One of the consequences of the harmonized "grouping" mechanism is the need to support obtain RequestOrchestrations in searches for MedRequests, via a _revinclude.

This however requires a SearchParameter on RequestOrchestration which doesn't exist today.
A new search parameter needs to be created.

Where will this be created first?
Do we need to do something about it IHE or HL7-EU IGs?
