I am unsure that our Index.html should have three layers deep. Meaning that for every profile the menus contain things like the Options. Which might be good, I am just unsure it is going to be easy to maintain.
example in ATNA this shows all the current options and sub-options (STX group).
I fear this might be something that we forget about when integrating CP and supplements. If we like this depth, then I think we need to write procedural reminders to our future selves to update these volume index pages when any new Volume 1 H2, H3, or H4 headers are added, updated, or removed..
There are different depths on Volume 2 and 3.
