In the final (right-most) panel of the JColorChooser, the text fields are often not large enough to show the text in them.
This depends on the fonts being used.
In general, the layout of that panel, and other panels in the SubstanceColorChooserUI are not very adaptive to changes in size and/or fonts.
For example, in Windows 7, use the Control Panel > "Display" to set the font to "Medium 125%". (Requires restart.) Afterwards the text fields are not tall enough to show the fonts.
I will attach an image if I figure out how.
