shpy as an alternative to shjs

Right now the repl language is javascript mixed with bash. But sometimes I want it to be python when I am working on a python project. It should be possible to do the same trick. Maybe you could even live swap between python and javascript.

This is blocked on

• finding a good python parser that I can run in javascript
• figuring out the python debugging api enough to match the features of the JS repl
