I'm moving in nightly the Reading List (CBL Import) to under Home so it's always accessible.

I think this is the right spot instead of a full separate issue (since there's a task to update 'Contributing' page).

For new developers getting started step 4 is wrong (or missing something) as a brand new pull from github, file Kavita\UI\Web\i18n-cache-busting.json is missing. Not sure if it's intended for devs to run npm run cache-local manually the first time before ng serve or if it should be left as just ng serve but create an issue on Kavita codebase to update the build step so i18n-cache-busting.json get's generated.

Thanks @mushroommunk. We will align it with the Contributing and make sure users are looking there, as that is more up to date than the wiki.
