Runtime error during Merge to make Reference

Dear all.

I'm running Focus 1.1.0, source install from Github, and I'm trying to follow the 2DXtal processing pipeline. Everything is running nominally at the level of single image processing (apart from the Unbend I and II routines, no vector displacement maps are being generated). Now I would like to attempt merging of multiple images, but I'm currently stuck at the "Merge to make Reference" routine. I'm pasting the tail of the logfile here. Any tips to resolve these issues would be highly appreciated:
