Can't extract gems in 2nd or 3rd position

Usually when I am swapping out a piece of gear, I go through each of the "In Bag Item" gems, click once to remove, and click a second time to socket in the new gear. However, currently this only works for the first gem in the gear, not the second or third. For those I have to manual extract before re-adding.

Absolutely love this addon, however, I am experiencing this with random gems in the 2nd and 3rd slot as well. Would be nice if the category like "Tinker" was in the far left spot and then the gems under were tabbed to the right just a bit.
