Addon suddenly stopped working for me

When I open window to insert the gem the addon would pop-up , but since a few days it does not do that anymore. Here are some things I tried:

Reinstalled addon
Disabled all addons except gem helper
made new characters on different servers

Nothing helped.

I feel like this is a me issue but don't know how to fix it.

Been having the same issue since the new update, the addon doesn't show up on the character's screen.

Same for me, the "Toggle the remix gem helper UI" button doesn't do anything.
