Have the GUI in an .exe

Description

Basically improve the experience to be able to single-click to open the GUI app.

Reason

Having an .exe would make a lot easier and handful to run the app. I found confusing to need to use the script to open powersheel, and afterwards need to go to the README to find out the script I need to paste to have the app running.
