Describe the Bug

  1. The spinner is not contained to a single line.
  2. When installing software, The progress is displayed as repeating diacritic romances characters — possibly a string interpolation/casting issue.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Use as normal on Windows 11 Pro 21H2 22000.2538
  2. observe the issues:
    IMG_4635

Expected behavior?

Display information in a clean way. It used to work fine, expected it to work as it used to.
