The whole readme including this section is copied from the Rust rfcs repo. To be honest I dont really like that way of numbering RFCs, because we already have 2 issues it means the first RFC would be 0003. Maybe maintainers should manually assign a number so that it can start from 1. Or do it like FEP with a hash of the title. What do you think?
