Includes:

• Review and update existing documentation
• Fix topology of the WA geology shapefile (gaps // basal contacts)
• consider if examples that rely on server should be modified, as docs building will break if server unavailable
• Add more examples besides WA
• add example of WA on how not or including the faults will influence basal_contacts construction and therefore the thickness calculations
• minimum file configuration in [Feature Request] - Config parameters - required/optional #66
• Multiple examples using map2loop and calling loopstructural - as in [Documentation] - entire workflow examples using LoopStructural #96
• Merge the existing notebooks//examples into repo's documentation
• Add badges
• add visual demonstration on how sorters work
