Get an Error 500 when browse to an tag album when anonymous user.

In the logs :

App\Http\Resources\Models\TagAlbumResource::__construct:51 Cannot assign null to property App\Http\Resources\Models\TagAlbumResource::$owner_name of type string

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a public tag album
2. Browse to the tag album as an anonymous user
