Description

Add support for the UWP MediaPlayerElement element.

The implementation should support the transport controls:

MediaElement
ProgressSlider (Slider)
- DownloadProgressIndicator (ProgressBar)
MediaControlsCommandBar
- Volume
  - Mute (AppBarButton)
  - Volume (Slider)
- Play/Pause
- Aspect Ratio
- Cast to Device
- Full Screen
