How to compile is explained in the readme, i cant provide apks here as it is piracy

You can find all the Minecraft Alpha APKs here: https://archive.org/details/MCPEAlpha

They're also linked (from the same archive) on the Minecraft Wiki.
For example, they have both the ARM and x86 versions of 0.8.0 here: https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Pocket_Edition_v0.8.0_alpha
