Error: RepetitionTimeNot Found

Dear micapipe community,
We are using micapipe for resting state connectivity. A dataset that we are using gives us an error: RepetitionTimeNot Found.
We checked every possible problem which might cause this error but everything seems correct.
We would appreciate it if you could check this data and let us know what we are doing wrong. We have attached sample data so you could check.
