Description
When KSoft.MediaInfo is installed in Macro Deck version 2.13.0 and newer, Macro Deck starts in safe mode.

Solution
Unfortunately the developer of this plugin does no longer update the plugin and it needs to be removed. To remove the plugin, follow these steps:

  1. Exit Macro Deck
  2. Open %appdata%\Macro Deck\plugins in the Windows Explorer
  3. Delete the KSoft.MediaInfo folder
  4. Start Macro Deck again
