When Macrodeck Server is running, capitalizing 'T' (Shift-t) doesn't work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn on Macrodeck (currently 2.14.1)
  2. Try typing 'Shift' and 't'
  3. No response

Expected behavior
A capitalized 't'

Additional context
Normal capitalization of 't' returns if capslock is on OR when the server is shutdown.
