Can you please state in the installation guide that you MUST allow clamd access /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming/ in the apparmor settings?

Something like.

In /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.clamd add lines:
#Mailscanner Pyčo
/var/spool/MailScanner/incoming/** r,
