Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is:

The transparency effect disappears upon waking up from Sleep mode. The issue requires re-saving the configuration in the DWMBlurGlass application to re-enable the transparency effect.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Put the laptop to Sleep mode (S0 state).
  2. Wake the laptop from Sleep mode.
  3. Observe that the transparency effect is missing.
  4. Open the DWMBlurGlass application and re-save the configuration to restore the transparency effect.

Screenshots

If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem:

N/A (Transparency effect missing and restored screenshots can be added if necessary).

Additional information (please complete the following information):

OS Version : Windows 11 24H2 (26100.2314)
Software Version : DWMBlurGlass 2.3.0

What other third-party software do you use:

StartAllBack 3.8.12 also installed and running concurrently with DWMBlurGlass

Additional context
The issue occurs every time the laptop wakes up from Sleep mode (S0). A workaround involves manually re-saving the configuration in the DWMBlurGlass application. The laptop is limited to S0 Sleep mode due to hardware specifications.
