Describe the bug
浅色模式下除了文件管理器基本上所有活动应用标题栏文字都是白色，无法修改
即使修改文字颜色也无效

真的，qBittorrent那样是打了皮肤

已经找到可能的原因，我用了第三方主题以后是这样的，windows默认主题不会
主题是这个https://www.deviantart.com/niivu/art/cakeOS-2-0-for-Windows-11-953541433
使用以后对标题栏颜色DWMBlurGlass不生效
安装主题用了UltraUXThemePatcher_4.4.3
