Describe the bug

The message box is sometimes blank when using custom blur and crossfade effects at the same time.

To Reproduce

Open a message box by running a command in Command Prompt.

mshta vbscript:Execute("msgbox ""Hello World"":close")

Alternatively, you can open Electron desktop applications and access their About information, such as in Visual Studio Code under Help > About.

It is hard to reproduce again, so you might need to attempt trying it multiple times.

However, moving the message box or hovering over any buttons inside will reveal the content.
