Ideally, this shouldn't require installing intellij too, as on some systems I may want to use jetbrains-toolbox.

Perhaps on those systems jetbrains-toolbox could be installed by nix though?

Regardless, it'd be nice to have an ideavimrc defined in my nix config, perhaps other idea settings too?

Ideally, ideavimrc should be based on my neovim config.
