Live Deployment - PORT Timeout

Hey! Not an issue with your code at all just wondering if you had any tips to get this deployed on Heroku. I'm getting a port timeout error saying it can't bind to the port. I'm not familiar with Webpack so I'm a little lost here. Reskinning the game with different characters for a fun side project :). Thanks!
