nsfw stream preview hiding #18

another option for user settings is marking your stream as nsfw

if your stream is marked as nsfw and you have a stream preview image, show a big "NSFW" preview image instead, and show the actual image on hover

Somewhat addressed already, more general user-settings to be added with #98 #95 .
