Connect anatomical entities retrieval to SciCrunch

we can do a minimal implementation, where we keep the current implementation with the anatomical entities in the composer database, if we are not able to find something in composer then the search will present you a button/choice ‘search in scicrunch’ and if found there we will add it to the anatomical_entities.

Requires implementation on frontend and admin interface.
