Connect NLP ingestion to the admin interface

Initial requirements:

• dropzone area / button to select the csv to ingest
• button to trigger the ingestion
• logs / results of the ingestion
• A view similar to the export batches, where we list who ingested the csv, when and how many sentences.
• Extend the batch information to the sentences, so we can recover them if needed.
