Requirements:

when citing a KS, through the duplicates dialog and/or manually in the KS, the state of this should go to open/compose now again so that it can be reviewed and be subject to a new export to grab the new information given.

@stappan could you confirm the requirements and assign the priority here please?

Also, how should the user create a citation? This part is not clear. Thanks
