create doc on all _loc and _main files parameters

Hi @jfigui ,

I wanted to add a description of all parameters used in the loc and main config files in the online user doc. However I cannot find a proper explanation for all keywords, e.g. datapath, TimeTol, etc, etc. Is there something like that somewhere in a pdf or else, or would we need to create it from scratch?
