When player death , execute a command , or chat message

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

I don't know if you can still send messages on the respawn screen, so maybe you mean sending messages when respawning?
Because I can't really think of any use to use commands while you are dead.
