name tags dont render the items on name tags properly

Describe the bug

the item part on the name tags becomes off centered, the counter displays correctly

but the item icon is very off.

Steps to reproduce

joined the server and i saw my name tags were moving and i looked and saw that the item icon was moving when i looked in certain directions.

Meteor client 0.5.9 2219

Minecraft Version

1.21.3
