AppImage 0.9.15+ opens with blank window

Running the AppImage executable under Arch Linux works up to version 0.9.14.
Since 0.9.15, while the server starts fine, the client window that opens is completely empty / white, although it works in the browser.

The console output doesn't indicate anything useful from what I can tell.

Are there any instructions for debugging it?
