AMD driver time-out when using various 2 neighbour delayed reconnection setups

Using 2 neighbours for delayed spatial reuse causes driver timeout. Specifically I have found the following setups to be problematic:
-Delayed reconnection with 2 neighbours
-Hybrid reconnection with 2 neighbours
-Sequential reconnection with various multiples of 2 neighbours on a delayed pass

Unfortunately validation layers do not point to much of anything, the only error being the already existing "Failed to wait for timeline semaphore!" after previous frame obviously hangs.
Using Windows 10, MSVC 2022 and an RX 6700 10GB
