Objective JH-3: Improve UX of reproducible custom user initiated image building on the JupyterHub

Description

We have deployed jupyterhub-fancy-profiles with dynamic image building to the staging VEDA hubs. However, the UX here still needs work before we can enable it for all users. This would drastically reduce the overhead for individual users and groups to try out new images, without requiring them to manage and set up a Dockerfile for all of them. Reproducibility will also be much better, as users will be more easily able to continue using an older version of an image only when they need to.

Definition of Done

• Dynamic image building with mybinder.org compatible URLs deployed on VEDA production hub
