Small change in setup_experiment.sh when setting up an experiment

I was trying to execute setup_experiment.sh, and a "No such file or directory" error comes up when trying to copy bumploc.yaml (line 86). I changed the line from bumploc.yaml to rrfs_mpasjedi_2024052700_bumploc.yaml and it copies over fine.

The script is located at:
~/rrfs-test/scripts

The correct file is located at:
~/rrfs-test/testinput_expr/rrfs_mpasjedi_2024052700_bumploc.yaml

@keenaneure Thanks for catching this. We renamed the bumploc.yaml file but forgot to update setup_experiment.sh script that uses it. Do you want to submit a PR to fix this?
