問題内容

DBのアクセスが８時間ないとコネクションが切れることによりサーバーを立ち上げ直していた。

バグ修正の達成条件

サーバーを立ち上げ直さなくてもいいようにする。

想定される実装内容

８時間という数字も何をもとに出されたものかわからないので５時間に1回叩けていれば問題ないだろう

６時間に1回APIを叩くGASをとりあえず作成した
