Team Agreement

This agreement has been discussed and agreed upon by all members.

Group Members:

Conflict Plan

What is the group process to resolve conflict, when it arises?

For real-life conflicts:

the conflict will be reviewed by the team leader Ibrahim and Ayah, if the conflict was with one of the members and the team leader it will be reviewed by Ayah. If any conflict wasn’t resolved by the previous procedures, it will be risen to one of the TA’s to resolve the conflict.

Github conflict:

The conflict will be resolved by the team leader and the one who had the conflict.

How will you raise concerns to members who are not adequately contributing?

If any member didn’t contribute in an efficient manner, first the member will be notified/alerted privately by the team leader, after that one of the TA’s will be informed.

Communication Plan

How will you communicate after hours and at the weekend?

We will Communicate in our slack channel, zoom meetings, and “team viewer” for coding problems.

What is your strategy for ensuring everyone’s voice is heard?

Everything will be shared in our slack channel, every member has the right to express themselves freely, and share their thoughts. If any member has a problem that their voice is not being heard they can turn to Ayah or Ibrahim.

How will you ensure that you are creating a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking up?

By creating friendly communication between team members where everyone’s opinion is taken into consideration.

Work Plan

How will you identify tasks, assign tasks, know when they are complete, and manage work in general?

  • Trello will be used as a project management tool, to assign tasks and to manage them.

Git Process

What components of your project will live on GitHub?

Our GitHub repository will contain Wireframe, project files; including the HTML files, JS files, CSS files, Ejs files README file, agreement MD file, Trello board link and lastly the hosted link on Heroku.

Will you be using a PR review workflow?

First thing first, the code will be merged with a non-master branch (development). Ayah will be reviewing branches and ibrahim will decide if the branch will be merged or not depending on Ayah’s review. After completing the task and pushing the code, the branch will be merged with the development branch and everyone is going to be notified and they will do a pull for changes from the development branch. for the development/main merge it is going to be at the end of the day.
