Isobaric label annotation

Hi Fengchao and team,

I am running some TMT samples and have set the sample name

But they are not showing up on the sample annotation

Sometimes if I restart fragpipe this helps, but sometimes not. Any help with this?

Hi Ronnie,

It might because of some bug in the GUI. Could you try "clear" the experiments and reassign them in the "workflow" tab?

I tried this but still didn't work. It seems like clearing the cache may have worked though.
