Upload a sample of the derivative data to the repository so that we can access it with the app (S3 issue workaround).

Create a new folder to store data.
Keep directory structure the same as what is on the S3 bucket.

added folder in content/data/sub-XXXXXX for one subject
will add more data and for more subjects after deciding which files we plan to visualize
