Idle Games < X hours

Hey Ni1kko, glad someone forked and is maintaining this. Hope you keep up with it.

The desired use case for me is to be able to set a value in the options, and then idle all games that are not at that value.

For example, if I set the value to 12 hours, then all games below 12 hours played are idled 30 at a time until they are to 12 hours.

I have some awful PHP code that accomplishes this if you want to see, but I'm a terrible programmer and would love if a maintained app has this functionality.
