NutriAdmin utilizes a suite of approved software tools for internal use by workforce members. These software tools are either self-hosted, with security managed by NutriAdmin, or they are hosted by a Subcontractor with appropriate business associate agreements in place to preserve data integrity. Use of other tools requires approval from NutriAdmin leadership.
- G Suite. G Suite is provided, secured, and hosted by Google. G Suite is used for email, calendar, chat, and document collaboration in NutriAdmin.
- Azure DevOps. Azure DevOps is a team collaboration tool provided by Microsoft. Azure DevOps allows software teams to plan their work together, and it provides a Git code version control platform. Azure DevOps is hosted and secured by Microsoft. It is utilized for storage of configuration scripts and other infrastructure automation tools, as well as for source and version control of application code used by NutriAdmin.
- Microsoft Azure. Microsoft Azure is used to host NutriAdmin's application code, databases, logs, web-apps, backups, and other infrastructure needed to run NutriAdmin's software.
- Skype. NutriAdmin has a business phone number for receiving business-related calls. Customers may from time to time call to enquire about billing, technical support, etc. On the other hand, NutriAdmin team conversations will be carried out using Google Meet.
- Keeper Security. Keeper is a zero-knowledge secure vault for storing passwords. The NutriAdmin team uses Keeper to ensure passwords are different for each important system, the password complexity is high, and that this information is secure.
- Duo. Duo is used to provide Second Factor Authentication to critical services. When possible, the NutriAdmin team will use the 2FA configuration natively provided by the service, and Duo will be used when no other option is available.
