The proof of concept (and headless prototype to use such) is currently implemented into the bot in the form of the BotClassloader nad usage inside the Application class. However, if the lines commented out were uncommented the multi-bot feature is incapable of running scripts as we execute scripts from a classloader that is the child of the one our bot instances run on.

I've added a proof of concept now for multi-bot with GUI, but for now I'll be leaving the GUI portion un-added.
That said multi-bot as a whole is complete.
