Hi, i have a question about the biological meaning as scDEAL just recognizes the cells whether they are drug-response or not. Indeed every cell should have the degree of the specific drug response just like your drug response score. So the two cluster i think is very strict and can not recognize the cells having the most sensitivity.
But back to the drug response score, how can i identify the cell having a significant sensitivity difference in statistics. i need a parameter. For example, how many cells i will select? top500? or refer to the drug-response score? please answer by a biological logic or explain on the statistical level.
Thank you
