Hallo,

Ich hoffe es ist OK wenn ich auf Deutsch schreibe,

Ich fände es gut wenn man den Dokumentenordner auch auf ein Netzwerklaufwerk legen könnte. Aktuell liegen die Dokumente lokal was bei einem Verlust des Rechner schon fatal ist. Da wäre eine Möglichkeit der Ablage im Netz besser.
Ich arbeite auch zu Hause mit OpenBoard zur Vor- oder Nachbereitung von Unterweisungen. Bei vielen Programmen nutze ich da einen Cloudspeicher was super praktisch ist.

Noch besser wäre es, wenn man nicht nur den kompletten Dokumentenordner nimmt sondern auch einzelne Unterordner auf unterschiedliche Speichersysteme legen kann. So könnte ich z.B: zu Hause vorbereiten, das Dokument in der Cloud in einem separaten Ordner speichern, und ein Archiv z.B. im Firmennetzwerk ablegen.

I would like it if you could also put the document folder on a network drive. Currently the documents are stored locally, which is fatal if the computer is lost. It would be better to be able to store them on the network.
I also work with OpenBoard at home to prepare or follow up on instructions. I use cloud storage for many programs, which is super practical.

It would be even better if you could not only take the complete document folder but also place individual subfolders on different storage systems. For example, I could prepare at home, save the document in the cloud in a separate folder and store an archive in the company network, for example.

And maybe if you also look through the already existing issues in English, e.g. by searching for the term "cloud", you would be able to find #985, where you can get a description of the way how this is done in the schools in Geneva.

So I recommend to have a look at this issue and the answer given there.
