[Feature Request] Read DataDirectory from a user-writable location.

DataDirectory is currently set in the system-wide OpenBoard.config.
It should be possible to change it on user-level to accommodate specific user needs (e.g. storing at a network location.)

On linux one could use ~/.config/openboardrc which is already accessed by OpenBoard.
