Fix release assets upload error #127

At a previous Explore and Discovery session (on Halloween), it was discovered that the release asset upload action failed with the following error:

See the following two test runs for more information:

No one has reported any similar issue to https://github.com/xresloader/upload-to-github-release yet, so it remains to be seen whether it was an upstream bug or something to fix in our GitHub workflow.
