[feature]: Add Student organization button on nav

Description of the problem

We should also have section to show current councils, clubs and hobby group to let all knows what all is going on in IITGN. Help students to find more students in their interested field.

References/Other comments

I am thinking add a new button(Student Organizations) in nav which include council and all the clubs under it. I would like your more suggestions on it.
