Support for JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS env variable for Nexus-proxy

Nexus-proxy was running low on java heap and based on the documentation, we wanted to add the JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS to resolve the issue but this value is not supported when we added in the env section. Can this env variable be supported?
