Hi,

Is there anyway you can lower the threshold for how often it attempts to lock? Ford blocked my account and when i called customer service they said my account generated too much traffic from a script or automation which is this... They made me remove it in order to get my account re-enabled. Thank you, I just didn't want this to happen to others!!
