Gamejolt Save Fix Request

Let's say a user has issues with their save, stuck some where or whatever, they could open a request where a staff member could take the request and the user accepts that the staff member can do changes. Then the staff member could view and edit the Gamejolt save for the user. And of course all being logged for later reference if needed.
